Why mainstream job boards do not work for adult employers
General job sites often reject adult listings, hide them or close the account weeks later. Social platforms ban recruiting for adult work, and private group chats bring a flood of unverified replies, fake profiles and people who cannot legally work in the industry. A studio or agency ends up spending more time filtering than hiring.
PornWorkers is built only for adult businesses. Listings are written in plain professional language, applicants are verified adults, and nothing here depends on a mainstream platform staying tolerant.
02
How verification protects you and your applicants
Every employer verifies before the first listing goes live: business documents, a working email on your company domain and, for producers, a statement on record keeping under US 18 U.S.C. 2257. That badge is what gets serious workers to reply, because they know a real company is behind the post.
On the other side, every worker passes a government ID and date of birth check before their profile goes live. Minors cannot create a profile. You still keep your own records for each shoot, but you start from applicants whose age and identity have already been confirmed.
03
From listing to hire, step by step
- Draft your job. The post-a-job wizard lets you build one job draft as a free demo and see a live preview before choosing a plan.
- Publish. Write the role, pay structure, location or remote setup, schedule and requirements.
- Review applicants in the inbox with shortlist, notes and a simple pipeline.
- Message privately on the platform, run a short test or interview and agree terms.
- Search proactively on Recruiter and Agency plans, with filters for role, location, availability, rate and languages.

Writing listings that attract good people
Be specific about pay and how it is calculated, whether hourly, per day, per scene or base plus commission. State the hours and the time zone. For performer roles, list the content type, testing requirements and contract terms up front; vague performer listings are the ones experienced talent skip. For remote roles, describe the tools, the test task and who the person reports to. Clear, professional listings fill faster, and they set the tone for the people who apply. Finally, reply to every shortlisted candidate, even with a short no. Workers in this industry remember which companies treat them with respect, and word spreads quickly between crews and chat teams.
06
Keeping your own records in order
Hiring through PornWorkers does not replace your legal duties as an employer. Producers still check each performer’s ID in person on the shoot day, keep model releases and 2257 records, and confirm current test results for everyone on set. Agencies still sign contracts with chatters and managers, set confidentiality rules and pay contractors according to the rules where they live. What the platform gives you is a cleaner starting point: applicants whose age and identity are already verified, conversations stored in one place, and a pipeline your whole team can see. Remote hires should receive individual logins and written content rules on their first day, never shared passwords.
Questions people ask
Is there a free plan for employers?
No. You can build one job draft with a live preview as a demo, then choose the Employer, Recruiter or Agency plan to publish.
Do you take a fee when I hire someone?
No. You pay a flat plan fee only, with no commission, success fee or per-post charge.
What do I need to get verified as an employer?
Business documents and a working company domain email. Producers also provide a record-keeping statement covering 2257 records.
Can I hire for remote roles outside the US?
Yes. Many listings are remote, and workers set their own time zone, languages and availability on their profiles.
