Why do workers pay $19 a month?

The Talent plan keeps fake and duplicate profiles out, which is why employers trust the people they find here. It includes the ID check, unlimited applications and messages with verified employers. Billed yearly it is $9 a month, and you can cancel renewal anytime.

Do employers pay per post or a commission on hires?

Neither. Employers pay one flat monthly plan: Employer $99, Recruiter $299 or Agency $999, or half that per month when billed yearly. There is no per-post fee, no success fee and no commission on what you pay the people you hire.

What appears on my bank statement?

A neutral descriptor that does not mention adult content. Payments run through a processor that works with adult businesses, by card or crypto.

Can I get a refund?

Payments are final. Exceptions are a duplicate charge, a proven unauthorised charge or a complete failure of the service, as described in the refund policy. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
