Terms of service

These terms of service govern your use of pornworkers.com. By creating an account or using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms. Questions go to [email protected].

About the Service

pornworkers.com (the “Service”) is a job board and talent marketplace for the adult industry, operated by the administrator of the pornworkers.com service (“we”, “us”). Employers such as studios, management agencies, cam networks and adult platforms post jobs and castings and search verified talent. Workers create profiles and apply for jobs.

We are not a studio, an agency, an employer or a party to any agreement between employers and workers. We do not produce content, book performers, negotiate rates or take a commission on any engagement. Each employer and worker is solely responsible for the agreements they make, the work performed and compliance with the laws that apply to them.

Eligibility and verification

  • You must be at least 18 years old, and older if the law where you live sets a higher age for this kind of work or content. Minors may not create an account or use the Service in any way.
  • Workers must complete identity and age verification with a valid government ID before a profile becomes visible or can apply for jobs.
  • Employers must complete business verification, including business documents and a working email address on their company domain, before publishing listings. Producers of explicit content must also provide a record-keeping statement.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One person or business may hold one account unless we agree otherwise.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account.

We may refuse or remove any account that fails verification, provides false information or presents a risk to other users.

Acceptable use

The following are strictly forbidden, and any of them leads to immediate removal and, where appropriate, a report to authorities:

  • Anything involving minors. Zero tolerance for any content, listing, message or request that involves, depicts, suggests or targets anyone under 18.
  • Trafficking and coercion. Recruiting, transporting or controlling any person through force, fraud, threats, debt or deception, or pressuring anyone to perform acts they have not freely agreed to.
  • Prostitution and escort offers. Listings, profiles or messages offering, requesting or arranging paid sexual services, escorting or private meetings with clients.
  • Pay-to-work schemes. Charging workers to audition, apply, be listed, be trained or be represented.
  • Non-consensual material. Sharing images or personal data of anyone without their consent, including leaked content.
  • Fraud, impersonation, harassment, hate speech, spam and attempts to move workers off the platform to avoid verification.
  • Scraping, automated access, attempts to bypass security, or reselling access to the Service or its data.

All content outside age-gated performer portfolio items must be safe for work. Explicit portfolio items are allowed only from verified performers who own the rights to them.

Obligations of employers

Employers using the Service agree to:

  • post only real, currently open roles, described accurately, including pay where they choose to state it;
  • verify the age and identity of every performer before any production and keep the records required by law, including the records required under 18 U.S.C. 2257 in the United States and equivalent rules elsewhere;
  • use written contracts that state the work, pay, timing, usage rights and, for performer work, the agreed content and limits;
  • respect consent at all times, including a performer’s right to stop;
  • comply with health and testing standards customary for professional adult production;
  • comply with employment, contractor, tax, data protection and anti-discrimination laws;
  • use candidate data obtained through the Service only for recruiting for the stated role, and not export or share it for other purposes.

Obligations of workers

Workers agree to present their experience and skills honestly, use only content they own or have the right to share, keep their verification data accurate and respect the confidentiality of information employers share during hiring. Workers are encouraged to read every contract carefully and to report any offer that breaks these terms.

Plans, subscriptions and renewal

Reading listings and guides does not require an account. Employers may build one job draft and workers one profile draft as a one-time demo. There is no free plan. Publishing listings, applying, messaging and other features require a paid subscription as described on the pricing page.

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
  • Monthly and yearly limits (such as listings per month or contact unlocks) reset with each billing period and do not carry over. Deleting a listing or a contact does not restore a used allowance.
  • You can cancel at any time in your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid.
  • Upgrades take effect after the price difference is paid. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
  • Prices may change for future periods; we notify subscribers by email before a change applies to them.
  • Charges appear on statements under a neutral billing descriptor.

Payments are final

All payments are final and non-refundable, except in the cases listed in the refund policy: a duplicate charge, a proven unauthorised charge, or a complete failure of the Service that we cannot fix. Consumers in the European Union agree at checkout that the Service starts immediately and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once performance has begun.

Content and licence

You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and process it only as needed to operate the Service according to your visibility settings. You confirm you have all rights and consents needed for what you upload. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, fail verification, receive credible reports of abuse or create legal risk, with or without notice where safety requires it. Accounts closed for breaking these terms are not entitled to refunds. You may close your account at any time.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Verification reduces risk but does not guarantee the conduct, identity or reliability of any user, the accuracy of any listing or the outcome of any engagement. We are not liable for agreements, payments or disputes between employers and workers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits or loss of data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or the mandatory rights of consumers.

Governing terms and disputes

These terms are governed by the law applicable at the administrator’s place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where a consumer lives. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact [email protected] so we can try to resolve the matter. If any provision is found invalid, the rest of these terms remains in force.

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email to account holders before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated terms. Privacy matters are covered by the privacy policy.
