Who posts on PornWorkers
The employers here are the businesses that keep the adult industry running:
- Studios and independent producers hiring performers, camera operators, make-up artists, editors and production coordinators.
- OnlyFans and Fansly management agencies hiring chatters, account managers, social media staff and team leads.
- Cam networks and studios hiring models, studio managers and support staff.
- Adult platforms hiring moderators, compliance analysts, payments and risk staff, developers and marketers.
If you are building a team for a specific role, our guide to OnlyFans chatter hiring covers the listing, the test and the shifts.

Getting verified as an employer
Verification is what makes serious workers answer you. Before your first listing goes live you provide business documents and use an email on your company domain. Producers add a statement about how they keep records under US 18 U.S.C. 2257. Once approved, your listings and messages carry a verified employer badge.
This step filters out the fake “agencies” and “talent scouts” that make workers wary of the whole sector. It also means your listing sits next to other real businesses, not scams.
03
What your listing can include
- Role, category and seniority.
- Pay structure and range (hourly, day rate, per scene, salary, base plus commission).
- Location, city or fully remote, with time zone.
- Schedule, start date and contract type.
- Requirements: languages, tools, portfolio, testing for performer work.
- Screening questions applicants answer when they apply.
Agency plans can also publish structured casting calls with roles, dates, location and requirements; see casting calls on PornWorkers.
04
Managing applicants without spreadsheets
Applications land in one inbox. You shortlist, leave internal notes, move candidates through stages and message them privately without exchanging personal numbers. Recruiter and Agency plans add talent search with filters for role, location, availability, rate and languages, saved searches with a daily email, contact unlocks, team seats and CSV export. Agency adds roles, an audit log, SSO, invoices and bulk messaging for larger teams.
05
Plans and what they cost
Employer is $99 per month, or $49 per month billed yearly, for up to 3 listings per month. Recruiter is $299 per month, or $149 billed yearly, for up to 15 listings, talent search and 150 contact unlocks. Agency is $999 per month, or $499 billed yearly, for up to 100 listings, castings, 10 featured listings, a company page and 1,000 unlocks. Yearly billing saves 50 percent, and there are no per-post fees, credits or commission. Payments are final, and your statement shows a neutral descriptor. 06
Rules every listing follows
Listings are professional and non-explicit. Every role is for adults 18 and over. Employers never charge applicants for auditions, training or equipment, and performer listings state contract, consent and testing terms. Listings that break these rules are removed, and accounts that fail checks are closed. Questions go to [email protected].
07
Hiring across borders and time zones
Many adult businesses hire internationally. Chatters in Europe cover American evenings, editors in Latin America deliver overnight, and moderators in Asia keep platforms watched around the clock. When you post a remote role, state the time zone you need, the overlap with your team and how you pay contractors abroad. Workers list their own location, languages and availability, and they can block countries, so a clear listing helps the right people find you. Remember that local employment and tax rules depend on where the worker lives; keeping contracts in writing and messages on the platform gives both sides a clean record.
