What a management agency actually does
Services vary, but most agencies offer some mix of the following:
- Fan messaging through a team of chatters working in shifts.
- A posting calendar, captions and pricing for paid messages and bundles.
- Promotion on SFW social channels within each platform’s rules.
- Analytics and monthly reporting on subscribers, spend and retention.
- Content planning and sometimes shoot coordination.
In return, agencies usually take a percentage of net earnings. Commonly reported splits range widely, and the right number depends on how much work the agency really does. A share that sounds high can be fair for full service; a share that sounds low can still be poor value if the agency only reposts.

How to vet an agency before you sign
- Check the business is real. Ask for the company name, registration country and a contract in that company’s name. Agencies verified on PornWorkers have already passed business document and domain email checks.
- Ask who will speak as you. How chatters are hired, trained and supervised, and whether they are verified adults.
- Read the contract in full, with time to get advice. Look at the revenue share, term length, notice period and who owns the content and the account.
- Keep your own logins. You should hold the account credentials and recovery details. Team access should be granted, not taken.
- Ask for reporting samples with numbers removed, so you see what you would receive each month.
03
Red flags in agency offers
- An upfront fee to “join” or to unlock growth.
- A demand for your password, ID documents or bank details before a contract exists.
- Guaranteed earnings figures or screenshots of other creators’ income as proof.
- Long lock-in terms with penalties for leaving, or clauses that give the agency your content forever.
- Pressure to produce content you have not agreed to, or to share content off the platform.
None of these belong in a professional relationship. If you see them, walk away.

For agencies hiring managers and chatters
Agencies grow by hiring good people, and the best candidates avoid recruiters they cannot verify. On PornWorkers your agency verifies once, then posts listings for OnlyFans manager jobs, chatters, editors and social media staff. Every applicant is ID verified as 18+ before their profile goes live. Recruiter and Agency plans add talent search filtered by role, languages, availability and rate. For the chatter side, our OnlyFans chatter hiring playbook includes a test task and onboarding checklist.

For managers looking for agency work
If you already run accounts and want a role at an agency, build a verified profile listing the platforms you know, account sizes you have handled (described generally, no client names), languages and time zone. Set visibility to verified employers only. Browse OnlyFans agency jobs for current openings. The Talent plan is $19 per month, or $9 per month billed yearly, with unlimited applications.

Questions to ask in the first call
A short call tells you a lot. Ask how many creators the agency manages and how many staff work on each account. Ask who writes the messages, how they are trained and what happens when a chatter makes a mistake. Ask how the revenue share is calculated, whether it is taken before or after platform fees, and when you are paid. Ask how you can leave and what you keep when you do. Finally, ask what they will not do. A good agency will name things it refuses, such as buying fake followers or sharing your content outside the platform, and that answer often says more than any sales pitch.
Questions people ask
Is PornWorkers an OnlyFans management agency?
No. PornWorkers is a job board and talent marketplace. We do not manage creator accounts or take a share of earnings.
What percentage do OnlyFans agencies take?
It varies widely with the services included. Compare what work is done for the share, and get the contract reviewed before signing.
Should I give an agency my password?
Keep ownership of your login and recovery details. Grant team access where possible, and never hand over credentials before a signed contract.
How do agencies hire account managers?
Usually through a listing, a portfolio review and a short practical test. On PornWorkers, agencies verify first and hire from ID verified adults.
